Pink Yarn

Beginner Knitter

My husband came to me the other day dancing his fingers in the air and asking me if this is what I do when I am knitting.  I guess to those who don't know how to do it, it looks like mysterious hand motions.

But I promise you it isn't either mysterious or difficult when you learn the process of making stitches out of yarn.  It is a lovely way to use an hour or so each day to calm yourself while producing something practical and beautiful.

Let's give it a try!

In this class you will learn how to cast on, how to make the knit stitch and the purl stitch, and how to bind off.  Believe it or not that is all you need to know to make your first project.
